Offer is only redeemable per a finalized transaction with the purchase or sale of a home. Offer is void if the transaction is cancelled for any reason, and is non-transferable. This promotion will be acknowledged when the recipient enters into the Residential Listing Agreement (RLA) with an exclusive right to sell, or the Buyers Representation and Brokers Compensation Agreement (BRBC). Recipient shall receive the $500.00 cash-back promotional gift at the close of escrow when the transaction of the purchase or sale of the recipients property is finalized. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the cash-back promotional gift shall be received in the form of a check, and is not received in the form of paper currency. Recipient shall receive the promotional gift from escrow at the time of closing. Recipient shall not hold accountable to escrow, Chanel Bottin, or the affiliated Brokerage, in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged promotional gifts. Escrow will notify said Realtor that recipient has accepted and received the promotional gift, and is in the possession of the recipient. The recipient acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for the promotional gift once accepted, and agrees to promptly deposit or cash the check after receiving it. This offer may not be substituted or traded, and is solely intended as a promotional gift.

 

OFFER DETAILS (Box promo): Receive brand new moving boxes delivered right to your door, free of charge, when you buy or sell a home with our licensed Realtor, Chanel Bottin. Offer is redeemable when the agreement between the parties in a transaction [Residential Listing Agreement (RLA) or the Buyers Representation and Brokers Compensation Agreement (BRBC)] are accepted between the parties (buyer & seller), and the agreement is fully executed and in effect. Delivery of boxes will take place within 5-7 business days after the agreements between the parties (buyer & seller) become effective. Delivery must be made to a residential address, and may not be to a P.O Box address. The amount of boxes are dependent upon the square footage of the clients current residence in which they're moving out of. Square footage shall be verified in order to determine the correct amount of boxes to be delivered. We order large boxes, measuring 20" x 20" x 15," however sizes may slightly vary depending on stock. Clients will receive 12 large boxes per 1000 square feet of their current residence. Clients will be notified by us of the intended delivery date. Boxes are ordered and delivered from a third party. We are not personally responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, in the event such incident occurs, we will make every effort to remedy the issue with the third party vendor. We ask our clients to please notify us and confirm they have received their delivery. This offer may not be substituted, or traded for cash value, and is solely intended as a promotional gift.

NOTICE: No part of any promotional offer or gift incorporates any involvement, affiliation, or responsibility of the Brokerage associated with said Realtor. Promotional offers are exclusively between the parties of the grantor (Realtor, Chanel Bottin) and the grantee (recipient/client receiving promotion). Recipient acknowledges and agrees that any and all dealings and matters of promotional offers shall be conducted directly between the recipient and said Realtor, and shall not be conducted between the recipient and the associated Brokerage.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: If any dispute or claim should arise between the Parties that cannot be resolved through negotiation, either Party may proceed in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation. The Parties agree that they will participate in the mediation in good faith and costs related to mediation shall be mutually shared between or among the Parties. Except as provided in this Agreement, the Parties agree that neither will commence any civil action with respect to any dispute or claim relating to this Agreement prior to an attempt to resolving any dispute through mediation first. Any settlement reached in the mediation shall not be legally binding until it has been reduced to writing and signed by, or on behalf of, the Parties.
