2.0   Agreeing To The Terms And Conditions:

All submission forms on this website used by individuals to voluntarily provide their personal information has a notice below each submission button. The notice includes a link to our privacy policy/terms and conditions. By clicking the button to submit any inquiry form, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the privacy policy in its entirety. Users also understand that any and all information provided by them is voluntary. Individuals acknowledge that they should not provide any personal information if they do not agree to or understand the terms and conditions.
